The Punk

Talia may have started out randomly kissing the overweight punk kid just to make Hunter jealous, but it turns out they have a connection.

It seems mostly physical, but that's important, right? At least he's not about to be on life support.

Well, unless Hunter catches him in an alleyway after dark.

Finally, though, Talia and her anonymous hookup get some alone time.

Now we have a legitimate love triangle. It's really more of a lopsided polygon by now, but you get the gist. To reward her, while she's sleeping I give Talia all the wall she can afford, enough to add a door, so she can finally invite "friends" over.

The Secret

"The secret to being boring is to say everything." -- Voltaire

In order not to be boring, I must not be telling you everything. Which is true. For one, the whole time she's been here, Talia has been working at her job as a test subject. She hasn't gotten promoted yet, but she has been bringing home a regular paycheck, which I figured meant it was time for a treat.

Imagine my surprise when Talia woke up an hour and a half before she had to go to work, and instead of making her late by taking her to the gym, she was able to munch on a head of lettuce and take a shower in the comfort of her own lawn.

After work that day, Talia came home with an opportunity: read a book and impress the boss. Easy enough, I thought. I took her straight to the grocery store to fulfill her desire to buy something on sale, and then asked her to read. She refused.

Can you blame her? Are you ready for the big surprise? This secret was one I didn't even know too. Talia pulled out a tomato and ate it before I realized I should be taking pictures.

Wait, there's more. Even though at this point she already had the stuffed moodlet.

So she's either a compulsive eater, or she's trying to make Hunter jealous. Which obviously isn't working. Either way, emotional eating isn't healthy.

She goes to stand in the bushes in shame.

And at first she tries her best when I tell her again to read the book.

But then she utilizes some creative problem-solving. I would have been impressed even if she weren't artificial intelligence.

Not to mention that she figures out what will work to make Hunter jealous.

... to the Grave

Already at the community garden, Talia notices the entire Shallow family on an outing.

And she figures she'll take her chances with the adult male. It makes some folks unhappy, but that would be fine with her, except that Tom is one of them. (And Hunter. That's him in the background.)

Kurt, however, is single and willing.

And old.

Oh well.

I just hope elders and young adults can have babies together. Talia already seems a bit reproductively challenged.

From the Cradle...

After work, Talia gets out mid-taxi ride to invite her military buddy (and budding romantic interest) Hunter Cottoneye to the community garden. This way she can pick up some extra food to munch on until she can afford a refrigerator.

There he is, her tall, dark, and handsome stranger. But what's that he's holding? Did he bring her a gift?

Not quite.

He sees me seeing him! Creepy. Also creepy: the spontaneous existence of a baby. Her name is Allison. From now on we'll just refer to her as "The Other Woman."

Upon arriving at the garden, Talia went straight to the bathroom to practice her moves in the mirror. Once she notices Hunter and TOW, she runs outside. I don't know why. She does, however, manage to draw Hunter's attention away for a moment, even though she knows it will never work. Legacies don't take sloppy seconds.
